Palms Retirement Center is a residential care facility that provides assisted living and dementia care services to promote a healthier and happier life for seniors. We have activities for our residents that encourage movements and building relationships with peers. We help them with their medication management, doctor’s appointments, transportation, among others. Our social service department assists with the assisted living medical waiver program.
It is our goal to improve our residents’ emotional, mental, social, physical, and spiritual aspects. We proudly provide a caring and nurturing environment in the community.
